Redcliff Quarter

A build-to-rent (BTR) scheme in the central Redcliff district of Bristol which forms part of the final phase of Redcliff Quarter: a residential-led, mixed use masterplan development. The scheme delivers 374 private rental homes, 94 affordable homes and 8,500 sq ft of commercial space, including one 19-storey tower. The design creates 5,900 sq ft of residents internal communal space, 30 car parking spaces and 21,200 sq ft of external landscaped amentiy space, including first floor and roof-top level green spaces.
